SATSANG, PHILOSOPHY, YOGA NIDRA
Maya-ji’s journey through yoga began a decade ago with a fascination of meditation, mantras, and finding modern ways to practice the teachings of ancient Indian philosophy. That fascination inevitably led to practicing the physical asanas of yoga, with a specific focus on the styles of Hatha and Kriya yoga. After travelling throughout India to deepen her spiritual practice, Maya-ji landed in Rishikesh to complete her Yoga Teacher Training, which she has used to help students connect with the holistic source of yoga. In addition to meditation and yoga nidra, Maya-ji is Akshi’s in-house translator for Russian students.
