100 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN RISHIKESH, INDIA
Our 13-day residential 100 hour yoga teacher training program covers the first half of our 200 hour program. After completing the 100 hour program you can apply to finish the remaining 100 hour in any month of the same year (it is best to complete the remaining 100 hour at the same school). After the successful completion of both 100 hour programs students will be granted their 200 hour TTC. The 100 hour course includes in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of Hatha and Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantras, Philosophy, Anatomy and more – see the schedule for more details.
Located on the banks of The Sacred River Ganga, Rishikesh is surrounded by pristine forests and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easily accessible from Dehradun Airport and Haridwar Railway Station, our ashram is tucked away in a beautiful community of local residents. With small shops and cafes within walking distance, any needs you may have outside of the program can easily be met.
