In this 28 day 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program In Kerala one will learn about many different Yoga styles, poses and practices including Hatha, Astanga & Vinyasa – 1, Adjustment & Alignment to correct some Basic Poses. The Curriculum and Daily Schedule is designed in such a way so that one can do the Yoga practice sessions and a understand the Yogic and spiritual theory lectures which are in complete sync with day & night cycle and energy cycle of universe which is also the daily schedule of a Yogi.
All Yoga practices must be done with empty stomach, so all Yoga sessions will be in morning before breakfast. After Breakfast there will be Yogic and Spiritual theory lessons with lunch and rest in between and after two and half hrs as food is digested, you will be having again yoga session which will continue until dinner time.
Our Yoga Teacher Training Program in Kerala is prepared in a Progressive way and is taught primarily in English. This Training will be a platform for you to lay the groundwork to be a motivational Yoga Teacher. The Program is taught according to Ancient Teachings and old Tradition of Vedic Ages in a traditional and relaxed environment in which it will encourage, support and guide one to learn more about oneself. *Yoga practium includes Alignment and Adjustments, Teaching Methodology. *On half Days, the classes will be until the Lunch and the rest of the time will be self-study. *The daily schedule can change according to enviroment condition, classes, students demand* and the course type in which one is participating.
Yoga mats are available for practice, But if prefer to bring your own, then you can.
The fee is non-refundable but in the case of emergency if you are not able to attend the current program, the fees will be transferred in your next preferred batch. The mode of payment is preferably by cash, but if you want to pay through other modes of payment, you have to pay extra as per your preferred choice.
